Interior Renovations

Management recently completed a total renovation of the dining room, along with new furniture and accessories. The first floor is currently undergoing a massive redesign and renovation program that will feature a new Bistro, library, lounges and upgraded reception area. This phase is expected to be complete by September and will feature an expanded gift shop/store complex that will serve the needs of our residents. Upgrades to the beauty salon, an expanded fitness center and physicians offices will also be a part of this renovation phase. The Campus has also made a commitment to link all aspects of the new Orlando Lutheran Towers with state of the art software platforms that will be the back bone of a telemedicine initiative in the future.

45 new and spacious independent living suites will be available to the public in August 2009. This final phase of the renovation will feature granite countertops and oversized kitchens. The opportunity to be part of the only retirement community located just two blocks from prestigious Lake Eola and the trendy shops and restaurants is a value not found anywhere other than at Orlando Lutheran Towers.

The Orlando Lutheran Towers & The Commons
Completed Parking Garage

The four story parking deck was recently completed and turned over to the residents on September 1, 2007. The parking deck features 258 parking spaces designed without columns to obstruct parking. There are an additional 12 outside parking spaces and an area for a carwash station.The new 98,000 square foot parking deck has dual towers, which are treated with design features at the opposite sides of the structure. The parking deck is fully illuminated inside and out and features security cameras directly linked to a central monitoring desk. A full sized golf cart is assigned to the security staff specifically for the monitoring, surveillance and convenience of our residents.

Windsor Place Construction - as of December 2007

The new 107 unit assisted living facility complex, located on the expanded campus at Orlando Lutheran Towers, is scheduled for completion in August of this year. The 102,000 square foot complex boasts spacious suites, many of which are in excess of 700 square feet. Fine dining facilities and a full complement of services are available at Windsor Place. There is a drive through pick up and drop off lane under the building on the Jackson Street side of Windsor Place. The fine dining area features an exterior private dining terrace behind a custom designed retaining wall. Located close to Lake Eola and the trendy Thornton Park area, Windsor Place offers security and unparalleled services in one or Orlando’s most prestigious neighborhoods.
